Does anyone have any idea how long these negotiations usually take. Now that an offer is on the table could we expect a quick counter offer? In the case of BOW's own response, would they suggest to Arrow what they would accept/recommend? Would that have already happened (and wouldn't we be told) or could that and all the other bids take several weeks to come to resolution? What is the usual experience in this sort of negotiation?
