Peak is buying all of the issued capital in Zari Exploration P/L, not just part of it. What Z owns will become P's, lock stock and barrell. This includes assets and liabilities. Due diligence will have to be carried out.
Pekkers can read about ZE at wws.zariexplor.com if they haven't done so already. Interestingly, and because of the provisions of a 2010 Tanz Act of Parliament, ZE is divesting itself of some of its tenements and will concentrate on RE and its gold tenements. It's worth a read.
