    My two cents.

    The offer doesnt close until 2nd sep. Still early days to cancel the offer. (unless somthing has happened at Intersuisse?)

    1)
    Posibly extension due to up coming material news which would affect the share price.(i.e Mt Mullo and JV)
    2)
    Oversubscribed, possible increase of shares ??

    Time will tell.
