I think the market is not rating either company as highly as it should be.
Sign of the cautious times I guess. Where are those 500k plus share buyers we saw during the Affluent affair?
With the exception of SFR area lost its appeal post GFC in part to the failed hopes of its neighbours,and the GFC itself.
Perhaps things are about to change.
