Yes PEK is buying 100% of the shares in Zari and will thus control all the tenements of various exploration REE,Gold,Uranium and Iron Ore held specifically under Zari's name and control.
However the proceeds of the sale the $6million +24mil PEK shares will be distributed to the current sold out private shareholders of Zari. I imagine these are mostly all mentioned in the Zari site re personell.
What are these ex Zari Shareholders and now new PEK holders planning to do with their payoff? That's my point/concern,pondering Has an overhang of up to 24 million PEK shares coming for distribution? or are the ex-Zarians to be considered as serious,new Long Term Holding True Believers who I think[haven't checked] but I think 24 million shares would be amongst the top 3 if not #1 Substantial Holding.

anyhow just trying to discuss a factor maybe causing a holding back of new,substantial buying after "good" news. don't expect to get TU'd for it but getting TOU'd would be a bit rich.
