As to bottlenecks, there appears to be a need to scale up the last 3 month step in production - best to give the text so everyone can see:
"So we have plenty of raw API that is ready for purification. At the moment the bottleneck is in the purification steps but more capacity is being added there and it's quite straight-forward to do so."
The 20% is only mentioned by the interviewer, not the CEO, as an example of serious traction. CEO only states published averages for drugs with an AG (30-34%). In responding to this question he also made a comment that is relevant to both of the issues you raised "What Reddy's has said publicly is that by the first quarter next year, that they should be up to maximum market share. So it should take about three to six months." This suggests the production bottleneck is easy to fix, and is in the process of being addressed.
