I guessed TH would be a bad news re underwring but, still struggling to understand why one would announce a placement and not issue shares immediately when you know that you need money urgently? Why wait for 1 month when share price was biting the dust well before all the market uncertainties? JP should have requested money upfront when the original deal was done...

At all fronts it appears to me like a big big SCAM.

I thought only skill JP had is to do successful placements, he has now become too old and lost his plot. Agree PNO has got good products but until JP retires PNO will be like this, a ST and sophisticated investor friendly stock. Absolutely no value here for LT investor. The reality is JP hates LT investors, he thinks LT investors will be a threat to his Position.

Let's just make an effort to change PNO management style with or with out the support of jabba, frader and likes...
