Less than two months ago this stock was over $3.70 per share. Why on earth would anybody accept $3.50 for it?? Seems obvious to me the recent mindlessly excessive sell-down to $2.68 was due to shorters preparing a pathway for this bid. Why aren't there laws against this?
Definitely a big NO to this bid.
