Someone on bubblepedia found two of these stories, and I found the third with google. This is, to me, the low point of media spruiking attempts. Please see below my email to media watch explaining it:

Hello Media Watch,
I have identified 3 news articles, over a period of at least 8 months, that use the same first home buyer couple as the focus of a property-spruik.
Article 1 of 3 indicates that the couple purchased the property in about September 2010 (it references that they purchased 4 months prior, in the Adelaide suburb of Pooraka). They are then used in articles in February and August of this year. Surely publishing an article in August 2011 about a first home buyer couple from September 2010 is poor reporting?
Article 1: (dated Jan 2011)

Article 2: (dated Feb 2011)

Article 3: (dated August 2011)

Hope this can find its way into an episode of your show.
Thanks
Dave
