they need approx 200m more shares.. wont get those by cut off... but will get some more
then they have to convince a portion of the rest to sell...
if they don't get the numbers will have to offer slight premium... i agree with you though... no real upside now..
they have set the moarket with their offer...
if they withdraw it they may go back to 75c... they can then buy some more
rebuild and then offer again... they will do good... i see upside to maybe 90-92c but you might also end up getting 87... or even watch them fall to 70c again... watch the shareholder registry as this could be b/s for other shareholders to get out if glencore is not buying!!
