Heeeey - you are getting warm Moosey...not quite there. But I think we better stop any iterations - remember that film 'Enemy of the State' a few years ago with Gene Hackman - the one where the CIA kept zooming in on his car/whereabouts with a high resolution satellite?? Like, I don't want the bastards zooming in on my mobile phone or number plate as I'm coming down the drive!! Heh heh. Just joking - I'm a clean skin. I'll look forward to bumping into you at a future MST meeting someday, and reckon we'll have lots to talk about from there.
Yeah I agree the Force Protection is HUGE, and the COTS items story (which I didn't know about) just layers some thick icing on. If that $5M on any one docket applies, then I imagine a bunch of mauls and some ammo could conceivably begin to turn up here and there without much drama, once Colt or whoever has the tooling up and manufacture under control. Doh. No doubt my thinking might be too simplistic, but hopefully calendar 2012 would see some activity?
Back to the body language - the other thing about the Force Protection success - is that obviously Lee and the boys have been very very busy doing good work behind the scenes while we have been left to debate the unpredictability of PNG politics, and a bunch of other stuff on this forum. Still, no complaints there - that is the nature of the beast.
