But that was just the legal agreement - I think in practice you will find that cre would handover ?control (or have already) to fml whenever they want it.

It is a friendly merger and cre definitely are very very much in favor of it.

imo fml have whatever they want now (and have had for a while).

this is going to be a great marriage - I can't wait to hear the honeymoon plans - there is a lot in the wind and the pipeline - it is going to be an exciting few months as it comes out.
