VTI will have a ASX listing for as long as it takes to recoup the $75mil in accumilated losses.
if they move to the UK which is in the pipeline they will loose that tax break ,A nasdaq listing will only be a secondary one E.G ADR's....which has been in place since 2002 and it costs VTI around $50k a yr to keep it open.
