I hate this kind of behavior.
Let's see some material results before gifting away the company. Bouris has been with the company a little longer than 5 minutes and it's already been proposed to give him 5 000 000 options at a ridiculous (if you believe the potential) exercise price.
Sandra Andersen has been with the company a little longer and hasn't even bought any shares on market.
Make the exercise price $1 and watch their work rate increase.
Needless to say I'll be voting against this blatant favors for mates greediness.
