I cannot understand what the advantage is to Stone to buy, does anyone know?
If I was running FML and held control over CRE, which they do, I would simply sell the assets of CRE to FML for a song leaving CRE with a penny in the bank and then delist it. All shareholders get zip. Or is my strategy a little unethical?
