I understand all the arguements around this topic but 12c over 4 years is taking the you-know-what. What sort of signal does it send to the market? That getting the shares price to say 24c in 4 years (a 100 percent outperformance vs the option price) is a good effort? Bearing in mind where most who know this story well think the share price SHOULD be in 4 years, I would have thought a number for the option conversion closer to 24cps would have been more acceptable.

My 2 cents worth in what could turn out to be a mammoth thread over the next few days (a sensitive topic to put it mildly).
