If the trials are being conducted properly, the company would have no idea of the results as they are all conducted double blind ie. the people actually conducting the trial do not know which patient is getting what. Not until all results are in are the codes deciphered. Therefore, any supposed 'good results' are either a fabrication of someone trying to ramp this stock or poor trial management and a concern for everyone as to the validity of the results. This company appears to have good management and therefore I do not believe it is the latter.
