whilst I could agree with kiwi in that 'might' be or have been Stone's plan.
I would have to say they will one way or another come a guttser if that is all they had planned.
Why?

Because as much as fml are honest, open and upfront - they have given Stone every chance to come on board and Stone have had every opportunity to participate in fml ownership if they chose to.

fml, won't put up with a minority shareholding at all imo - and it is only imo.

So if per chance this 2 week delay is NOT because Stone have come out of the cupboard and wish to talk (and that might be, because some of our people who would need to be involved are away at present) then ----

I think it will probably go this way - after as many shareholders have been mopped up as possible - maybe fml will delist Stone, maybe not.

But what could be done and is certainly possible right now if they wished to do it is to have a raising in cre and dilute Stone --- out of the game.

Now personally I think this is why they have extended for a couple of weeks (assuming stone aren't talking) ----- to take out still as many shareholders as possible and then when as few are left as possible -------- either do an spp or a cash raising and dilute Stone all the way back to HK or Toronto or wherever they come from.

I don't know if it would be legal to do a cash raising and put in the cash yourselves (fml) - but I am sure there would be some way of doing it ---- or else an spp would be easy enough to engineer to fit your purpose.

So in essence - kiwi, if you are right in principle - then Stone are very very vulnerable if we decide to deliver the coup de grace --------- and as honorable as we are - my vote is thumb down. (to Stone, kiwi, not you :) )
