There have been quite a few reports on how Julius Malena (The leader of the Youth League of the ruling ANC part in South Africa)has been calling for the ousting of the democratically elected Botswanna Government and the general nationalization of mines in Southern Africa.

This could just be a bit of political play but it does make me worry a bit. Does anyone know if the "ceasing to be a substantial holder" of Citigroup has anything to do with these reports?
