    31st August, % of Turnover that are shorts:

    Santos - 45.4%!!!

    Someone really wants Santos' price to be lower.

    This artificially makes the value of the ESG/Santos 'deal' worse - Santos scrip drops, so ESG's does too.

    I suspect some of the rise in Santos' share price today, and hence ESG's, is related to buying back after the heavy shorting campaign.
