Thumbs up guys ... glasses tinkling .. can't understand why the update and those 4 "new" words (JHBR) haven't generated more excitement. .. Know I've been guilty of irrational exuberance .. but am feeling that things are about to happen .. JHBR could mean all the three actions will be resolved together with an offer ... Wonder who the mediator is ? Just my feeling - definitely not a ramp .. GL everyone - over and out...
