Funny how the judge admits Corby has to prove she is innocent instead of the prosecutors proving she is guilty. ===================================
Not funny at all. Not everyone uses the English legal system. The Indonesian legal system is based upon the accused person having to prove their innocence beyond reasonable doubt, unlike the English legal system where the onus is on the prosecution to prove the accused person's guily beyond reasonable doubt.
So if anyone here thinks the Indonesian legal system is "funny", then be aware that Indonesians will similarly think that our legal system is "funny".
