From what has been reported in the media I have no doubt she would not be found guilty in an Australian court. But I have also learnt to treat what is reported in the media with a fair degree of skeptism.
Wonder if John Howard or any other politician who travels to Indonesia should be concerned? Or is their luggage of course exempt from any searches - political immunity or whatever you want to call it.
