orchidc11, The speccie end of the market can be tricky yet very alluring with the promise of finding the ultimate multibagger. It is never a good feeling when the share price of one of your speccies drops...we all have been there so I personally empathize. I understand that it feels good to let off steam......
.....HC is not trying to trivialize your feelings but posters need to understand the gravity of posting defamatory comments on a public forum. It becomes etched in stone and there is no taking it back. Defamation is an issue much bigger than HC or any individual poster. Posters have been successfully sued in the past and HC has been forced to introduced this hard line policy to protect itself and its members.
It would be in your best interest to grasp the seriousness of this issue and find another emotional outlet other than a spray of words on HC.
