News: Carabella sells stake to Rinehart

    Gina Rinehart’s Timeview Enterprises has bought a small stake in Carabella Resources Limited (ASX:CLR).



    Carabella said an analysis of its share register shows Timeview has acquired a 0.74 stake.



    The company said the information was released to keep the market fully informed, in light of ongoing consolidation in the coal sector.



    Carabella managing director Mitch Jakeman and non-executive board member Rick Gazzard left the company earlier this week.



    Carabella Resources Limited (ASX:CLR) reported a net loss after tax of $1.8 million for the quarter to last December.
