I expect it would be in conjunction with a US fund taking a SP at a premium to market, so dont' expect any harm done from an SPP.......don't forget the ADR market maker has to take stock out of the Oz market prior to the Nasdaq listing.
Plenty of upside whichever way it pans out IMHO.
