agree mostly, however Tinpage is desparate and they constantly sell in 10..14 cent range. So their 8.7m shares are worth like 1.2 maud at 0,14. Means Vale should be able to snap up 12% of the company for 1.5-2maud? So better to make the deal with tinpage now instead of waiting for positive results..
