    dont get me wrong i am hoping for the breakout as well,
    but IMO it is not happening until it closes above the top bollinger band, and it didnt, it opened there and sold off and closed back inside.

    on a positive note, its come off the bottom band twice, and appears to be going sideways rather than down!
