Read the comments section of the blog post, Montgomery wasn't entirely correct, $2.95m is due in total for acquisitions of which only $1.575m is due in the next 12 months.
That would still enable BGL to pay a fully franked dividend of 1c a share by the end of FY12 without cashflow concerns.
