ratio is converging

well folks, the ratio at the close is 0.06798, which is pretty darn close to the 0.06803 offer.

is that saying the SOA is expected to go through, I guess? weeks ago, the ratio was as low as 0.0659, so there has been some strength lately vs sto. Just waiting for the ratio to go over the soa , then it's game on.
