Sterling selling their shareholding to interested parties. Not sure if this is all bad and may not make a massive difference if this company announcement can be taken on face value and there are legitimate buyers out there. Given limited share trading in RCP since the announcement the market appears to hold this view.
Since DECO took a major holding, facts as I see them are
1 None to very limited progress made
2 Lacked any real direction with limited communication with shareholders with many statements made continually broken.
3 Maintained what appears to be grossly underperforming management team.
What we do know with or without DECO is that there will have to be some capital raisings along the way to fund future works and working capital requirements, this is inevitable regardless. LJ deal finishes DEC 4th I believe.
