    CMQ is advertising for process workers which is touted by some as a good sign! The truth is they are replacing workers from the November window-dressing retrenchment last year and workers that left for greener pastures since then! One usual indication of a very badly managed company is the firing and hiring of workers on a 6-monthly cycle!
