Happypunter you are spot on with what you are saying. I would expect the company should be able to pay out min 2c per year in divs. Clearly they will look to securitise when market allows and then once the amount of collateral FSA needs to put up is known they will hopefully be able to increase the div and maybe even a buyback because at these levels its a no brainer to buy back stock imo.
