Some good points in there Tweaty but at the end of the day the only way you will ensure things have change at INL is to get involved. Maybe KPI's aren't the answer.
Do you have any constructive idea's we could discuss, investigate or propose in order to actively assist INL to deliver more appopriate returns to its owners?
