I'd have to disagree. While management has been a let down over the last 12 months going into admin wouldn't see much return to shareholders in practice. I've had several companies I've been in go into admin and after banks and creditors have been paid off and admin fees paid there wasn't anything left for shareholders. Physical assets also tend to get sold off at a discount. So I wouldn't expect to see much or any return for shareholders from going into admin, despite the NTA.
The company has been able to make money in the past and should be able to do so again, so in the long term its survival is a better outcome for me. That said the CR v.2 should be made less dilutive over the short to medium term.
