It really amazes me that the millions of people who have actually contributed to the betterment of society, the lessening of poverty and hunger, the volunteers who helped in all sorts of fields, the scientists who've discovered life-saving drugs or surgical procedures -all that lot don't get even a tiny mention in the media, to remind the world of what "good" is, yet the likes of actors, musos, models, stock brokers, popes, bishops, politicians get an endless stream of nauseating notice in just about every type of media in existence.
I can give you the names of at least a dozen people whom nobody knows but who have GIVEN to the world (instead of TAKING) from it who ought to be given the attention and who are worthy of respect more so than any stock broker ever.
The priorities of this world are beginning to stink.
