This blasting won't be an issue. I have some experience on a blast crew in a gold mine and these problems are common especially in a new mine where it is possible that the rock is not yet well known. The most experienced and professional of blast crews can still come across pockets of softer rock or space which can greatly accentuate a blast for example. Even if blasting were to become an issue in the community it can easily be resolved with smaller more frequent blasts. I wouldn't worry about this.
