As you post on HC you will be quite aware that you do not stand alone and HC shareholders are seething at the lack of any sort of ANN that indicates that the Board have control of the problem.
Perhaps rather than restating what many Posters have previously submitted you can suggest an appropriate course of action/remedy to follow.
Despite some comment re telephone conversations with SC an ANN from EMS would be more rewarding. However when it does come I have the feeling it would be doe reluctantly and only as a result of the pressure generated by HC posters.
