    Forgetting the 7.5 mill debt this will fall on no or negative farm out news and will rise on farm out news. It got to 1.5 cents pre dilution on speculation alone could test that level if it has a concrete set of good news . Down side could be 0.001 to.002 are one would think if they had good news they would release it asap so if it's not out by mid day I'm expecting a after close negative Ann
