$1.10 target price is unrealistic, imo

Hartley's report target price of 37 cents is also unrealistic, based on their $1,306/oz and 2.3 cents EPS assumptions

at $1,850/oz, CRC could earn 70 cents cash flow per share over six years

if CRC extend the mine life to ten years, they could earn $1.10 in cash per share over ten years

therefore, the near term targets of $1.10 and 37 cents are unrealistic, imo

this is why the share price is currently 18.5 cents
