I'm more or less against most forms of land clearing. Deforestation etc.
There's a difference between someone dozing million acres and me wanting to cut 10 trees around my house down.
'In regard to local council regulations - reasons would be similar, but might include broader reasons such as' councillors have nothing better to do then be a pain in everyone?s backside to make them feel important.
But yes if any activity on your property is going to affect outside your property then, yes, consultation is required.
