ASX Release ASX Code: AGI 3 May 2005 Ainsworth Game Technology Limited Announces Finding of Suitability in Oregon, USA Ainsworth Game Technology Limited (“AGT”) today announced it has been approved to conduct business with the Tribes of Oregon. This approval follows further licences being received from a number of Indian Tribes within the State of California. The Company’s licensing strategy of securing additional markets for its range of products is ongoing, with the grant of further licences expected following the recent submission of a number of additional applications. Executive Chairman, Mr Len Ainsworth, commented, “This is an important milestone for the Company and further licences are expected to follow, enabling the Company to access new markets for distribution of its products.” The Company is expecting to release its results for the financial year ended 30 June 2005 on 16th August 2005.
