Its possible somebody like Petrochina, Sinopec or Petronas might be interested but i reckon the primary partner (if there is more than one that joins us) will be from a non Asian country. Not sure if Chinese companies are prepared to invest in underdeveloped regions which the Seychelles is at the moment. There is no science in my thoughts...just a gut feel so i could be completely wrong and happy to be corrected.
From memory the major players in Africa include the likes of Apache, BG Group, BP , Petrobas, Shell, Stat Oil, Anadarko, Tullow, Africa Oil, ExxonMobil, Ophir, HRT and so many more. One or two of these big boys signing up would make for a very pleasant xmas this year me thinks.
