I see your recent posts, etc, & agree with debt servitude... its at the serious 11 pm timeslot....
Midnight aproaches, but I cannot understand the banks (of late)...they'r offering more loan moneys... As someone pointed out- there is an influx of so called "cheaper funds", but this seems rediculous when real foreclosure rates are destined to increase significantly & soon!
