Dent was an ardent inflationist a few years ago. He has since borrowed heavily from the work of Robert Prechter who was the lone voice in warning of a looming deflationary collapse. Now that Prechter's forecasts are unfolding Dent, along with others, are turning into deflationists. But better late than never I suppose.
