The 2002 annual report shows that the sum of shareholders 1,2 and 4 is 39mill shares.

I dont know who shareholder No:3 is, but I presume he is a founding member also i.e 12 mill shares.

This gives a total of 51mill. Hardly a firesale of shares.

Yes there was a dump of 6 mill shares in July 02 but this was at 25c. Who knows why they needed the money, but as noted above, a substantial holding still exists from reviewing the 2002 annual report.

In addition, most of those shares I beleive are still in escrow. Wont come out untill the end of Jan 03 I believe. Can someone confirm.

Just announced to market FNT update. Could be days away from good news. Fingers crossed.
