What is a business that can't make any positive Operating Cash flow worth?
Simple fact is at the current contract price, PDN can't make money, combine this with significant debt on the balance sheet and you have a stock that could be down rated further.
Until the contract price improves PDN is travelling a path that will lead to higher debt levels and a forced cap raising.
