Transfer of wealth from the impatient to the patient in this game.
Happy to be 80% in cash at the moment waiting for cheaper prices.
Been reading commentary that stock prices aren't low enough and will fall when real pain sets in - however don't think we will see GFC prices where stocks were trading at and below cash.
Big global hedge funds are driving the carnage and profiting tremendously - Bridgewater Associates are up 25% YTD (on FUM>$100bn) Their ability to move markets amazes me.
The P/E multiple and cashflow in next year and the year after are looking juicier by the day.
