Bought hvn last week at 2.03 as a value play. It shot up to as high as 2.17 but went down to 2.08 today. I think there's still lots of value to be realized. I expect that a rate cut would probably push up the price. And a rate cut seems imminent. It has a strong working capital position and a good asset base. Maybe now would be a good time to buy call options, if you are into that sort of thing.
