plus GCN's IPTV is critical to their business, they could not duplicate the IPTV or if they did it would take years.
they need this now, and also GCN will get the business into China,
with these things they need to move fast and China is hard market to get into, GCN chairman and directors have decades of working in China

so instead of GCN taking the spoils they have distributed the spoils to shareholders.

why little reaction, sp has doubled but as we get closer to book closing sp will rise quite a lot. not many will not want to be part of this, it is a little known company though and will take a couple of weeks for the word to spread.
